Reporting Requirements for Award Recipients
A project Final Report is required approximately one year from receipt of funds. This required report should be a “web-friendly” narrative, geared for the general public, include photos, and not be highly technical in nature. Final Reports will be posted on the IIF website and published in the ISG Newsletter.
- If you have completed your project by September, then you should submit your Final Report between 1 and 20 September. You can submit this with a new proposal if you are planning to apply again. Please follow the required IIF Final Reporting Template here. Please use a file sharing application for reports greater than 10MB.
- If you have not completed your project by September, and plan to submit a new grant proposal, you should use the Progress Report Template and submit this along with your new proposal by 20 September. You will then also need to complete your Final Report to be submitted no later than 31 December.
- If you have not completed your project, and are not planning to submit a new proposal, you should use the Progress Report Template and provide us with an update by 20 September. You should then submit your Final Report no later than 31 December. Any extension will be considered by contacting Stesha Pasachnik, Grants Manager.
Progress and Final Reports must follow the templates and be submitted in Word docx format. Do not submit reports as PDFs or merged with a new application.
New applications will not be considered if these reports are not received from previous awardees.
